Submission Guidelines

Paid members can send images (.jpg or .gif) and information (title and size of painting, what show it was accepted in if applicable, Instagram username if member has one), to fcaarrowsmith@gmail.com .

Selected images will then be prepared for posting to both Instagram and to the blog, some with the Arrowsmith Chapter logo superimposed on the image. Hashtags will also be a part of the posting so that maximum exposure is ensured for each member’s submission. Postings on Facebook will vary from 1-2 times per week to 1-2 times per month, depending on the participation level of the membership.

  • Featured monthly artist:  A box will be available at meetings for artists to submit a request to be an “artist of the month” to the social media coordinator. Submission should include the artist’s name and email, as well as website, blog, social media contact information (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). The featured artist will also, when contacted, need to be ready to submit clear jpg images of 2-3 pieces of current work, as well as other areas of interest, such as photos of where the artist paints, etc.
