Some years ago I had the opportunity of living in Australia where I was able to attend the Canberra School of art. This gave me the opportunity to experience all that the art world had to offer and also to study that great and amazing landscape of color, texture and warmth of the land down under.
After returning to Canada it was back to reality and Ottawa. In 2000 I retired and was able to indulge in my passion of painting in watercolor and acrylic. I was also able to attend many workshops with Canadian and International artists.
In 2007 I moved to the Island I once again have the opportunity of painting a totally new landscape of color and textures.
I am a member of:
FCA Arrowsmth Chapter
FCA Nanaimo Chapter
Nanoose Bay Art Group
I also attend Life Drawing at TOSH. I consider myself a very fortunate artist to live in such a remarkable and beautiful part of the world.
